Delivery Timeframes: Estimated delivery times are guidance only and not guaranteed.
Risk: Risk passes to you once the order has been delivered to the address provided.
2.4 Missing Parcels / Delivery Issues
If tracking confirms that an order has been delivered but you cannot locate it, you must notify us within a specified calendar period of the delivery date.
If you do not notify us within this timeframe, we reserve the right to decline any investigation or claim. We shall not be held responsible where the delay prevents us from reasonably investigating with the delivery provider.
Where delivery is attempted but unsuccessful due to customer absence or incorrect information provided, we reserve the right to charge for re-delivery.
This does not affect your statutory rights.
2.5 Cancellation Rights (Online Only)
Under applicable consumer regulations, you have the right to cancel your order within a specified period of receiving your goods.
To cancel: You must notify us within this period. Goods must be returned unused and in original packaging.
2.6 Returns & Refunds
Items must be returned within a specified period of notifying us of cancellation. Items must be unused, uninstalled, in original packaging with all parts, and in a resalable condition. Any modification to the product, including cutting or shortening of wires, will void the right to return. Customers are responsible for return costs unless the item is faulty.
We reserve the right to reduce refunds where items show signs of use or handling beyond what is reasonably necessary.
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method unless otherwise agreed.
2.7 Faulty or Misdescribed Goods

Where goods are faulty, not as described, or unfit for purpose, you are entitled to a repair, replacement, or refund.
2.8 Installation & Electrical Safety
Many of our products require installation by a qualified electrician.

We shall not be liable for, including but not limited to:
- Incorrect installation.
- Damage caused by improper fitting.
- Compatibility with third-party products including, but not limited to, dimmers, drivers, transformers, or existing electrical systems.
- Costs associated with installation or removal of products.
- Costs associated with travel expenses.
Nothing in this clause affects your statutory rights.
2.9 Use of Products (Non-Domestic / Commercial Use)
Our products are intended for domestic use unless explicitly stated otherwise. If products are used in commercial, business, or non-domestic environments:
- Warranty and lifespan may be affected.
- We accept no liability for increased wear and tear or suitability for such use unless confirmed in writing.
SECTION 3: IN-STORE SALES TERMS
3.1 Contract Formation
Contract is formed at point of payment.
3.2 Returns Policy
Unwanted items purchased in our stores can be refunded within a specified period of purchase at the store it was purchased from. Items must be returned in their original packaging and with a valid till receipt. Any modification to the product, including cutting or shortening of wires, will void the right to return. Unwanted items returned out with that period but within a further specified period can be exchanged for alternative goods or a credit note. Our goodwill returns policy does not apply to sale items which can be exchanged for alternative goods or a credit note. This policy does not affect your statutory rights.
3.3 Faulty Goods

We shall not be liable for any indirect or consequential loss, including but not limited to loss of profit, loss of business, loss of revenue, or loss of anticipated savings.
We shall also not be liable for any costs associated with installation, removal, reinstallation, or travel expenses, including but not limited to electrician or contractor fees, except where required by law.
We shall not be liable for any delay or failure to perform our obligations where such delay or failure results from events outside our reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, supplier delays, transport disruptions, or courier failures.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits your statutory rights.

These terms are governed by the applicable local law.
